What we collect
On the waitlist form: your email address, the source of the signup (banner or main form), and the timestamp. That is it. No tracking pixels, no third-party ad cookies, no fingerprinting.
Why
To send one email when your coastal region opens for beta. After that, optional product updates only if you opt in.
Where it lives
Netlify Forms holds submissions in their US data centers. We do not sell, share, or rent your address. We do not run analytics on this landing page beyond Netlify's standard request logs.
How long
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after the last contact, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Email hello@frothed.app and we will:
- tell you what we have on file (right to access);
- delete it (right to deletion);
- correct it (right to correction);
- stop using it for any purpose other than answering you (right to limit).
California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA. We extend the same rights to every US resident as a matter of policy.
Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell or share personal information. There is no opt-out toggle because there is nothing to opt out of.
Children
Frothed is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit if you are under 13.
