Cancel from the app. Get a refund.

We wrote this policy as the opposite of every paywall trick that taught surfers to distrust subscription apps. Plain English, no second-page disclaimers.

One-tap cancel

Cancel from inside the app. The control is in the Account screen, top of the list. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Pro until then.

Renewal notice

We send a pre-charge email 14 days before an annual renewal and 3 days before a monthly renewal. Each email includes a one-tap cancel link that works without app login.

30-day refund window on annual plans

Annual purchases are refundable for 30 days from the charge date, regardless of usage. Web purchases are refunded by us directly. App Store purchases route through Apple; we staff a support queue and push back when Apple declines a refund we would have given.

Duplicate-charge protection

If two active Pro entitlements show up for the same account across stores, we refund the smaller charge automatically within 24 hours.

Pause, not cancel

Pause Pro for up to three months and keep your saved spots, alerts, and session history. Useful when you leave town for the winter. Resume any time from the Account screen.
